I joined Dr. Secrier's laboratory at UCL in 2021 as a PhD student in Health Data Science. I am working on the computational modelling of the epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) in cancer. So far I have developed methods to analyse the relationship of EMT with the tumour microenvironment using spatial transcriptomic data and I will be working to further understand this process using digital pathology data.

Prior to my PhD, I received my B.Sc. degree in Biochemistry and a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Imperial College.
